GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The candidates who are already in Govt. / Corporation or Autonomous Bodies Service should apply through proper channel. They may send an advance copy to avoid delay but the application through proper channel should reach before the due date or they should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview, otherwise they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
2. Submission of incomplete application i.e. without attested copies of testimonials/ academic career/experience certificate prescribed fee may render the candidate ineligible.
3. The number of posts is liable to increase or decrease either way, including complete withdrawal, without assigning any reason.
4. The abbreviation G.C. stands for General Category, S.C. for Scheduled Caste, BC for Backward Class ESM for Ex-Serviceman and P.H.C. for physically handicapped.
5. Passport size photograph duly attested shall be affixed on the application form.
6. The reserved post will be filled up as per latest Haryana Govt. instruction.
7. If applications for any advertised posts are received in large numbers, the appointing authority can hold a written test for short listing the candidates for interview or on the basis of rational criteria. The decision of the appointing authority in all matters including suitability of the candidates, mode and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
8. The eligibility of the candidates i.e. qualification, experience and age will be considered upto the last date of applications i.e. 17.10.2010
9. Candidates will have to undergo trade test/ written test/ typing on Computer Stenography test etc. as applicable and decided by the competent authority wherever applicable.
10. No TA/DA for attending the interview etc. will be paid.
11. For each posts applications be submitted separately.
12. Candidates must write (Application for the post of “………………”) on the top of envelop in which the application is being submitted.
13. The bank drafts of Rs. 250/-(Rs. 70/- for SC/ST Candidates) as application fee for all the posts in favour of Registrar, BPSMV Khanpur Kalan (Sonipat) payable at Punjab National Bank, Khanpur Kalan (Sonipat).
14. The last date of receipt of applications in the office of Registrar, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan- 17.10.2010 upto 5:00 P.M. In case, due to any circumstances is declared a holiday, the application shall be received by 5:00 PM on the next working day. Applications received after this date shall be summarily rejected.
15. For non-teaching posts the applicant should be between 18 to 40 years as on 17.10.2010. Relaxation to reserved category will be as per Haryana Govt. policy.
16. Submission of incomplete application may render the candidates ineligible.
17. Application received after the last date of submission will not be entertained. The University will not be responsible for any postal delay in submission of the application.

4. Field marked with * is a mandatory field and requires to be filled.
5. In the 4th Part ‘Other Information’, you are required to fill the characters shown in the image as a security for application. In case the image displayed is not clear, remove the temporary internet files of the browser and click the ‘Regenerate Image’ button. A new image will be generated and you can proceed further by entering the characters of the image.
NOTE : Application can be submitted only once. Hence clicking the ‘SUBMIT’ button is a critical step, as no corrections will be possible subsequently. So you should ensure once again that the information is correct before submitting
6. After submitting application, a 14 digit Registration Number will be generated. Kindly note this Registration Number carefully as this will be used for all future correspondence.
7. After registration, take two print-outs of the Application summary. For printing ensure that the computer is connected to a printer with A4 size paper and header and footer are removed from page setup. In case printer is not available, you can save the form and print it at your convenience. Please note that site will not be open for printing after 20:00 hours of 05.10.2010.

1.On the basis of interviews held in the months of August and September, 2010, the Commission has finalized the result for the under mentioned category of post. The candidates with following roll numbers have been selected. The result has been shown roll number wise and category wise and the marks secured by the last selected candidate in each category have been shown in bracket.
2. The interviews of the eligible candidates who are working on the posts of JBT Teacher as guest teachers and impleaded as petitioners and also applied against Advt. No. 4/2009, Category No. 01 have already been conducted in compliance of interim orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 9247 of 2010-Gopal Singh & ors and other connected petitions after due publication of public notices dated 26.8.2010 & 30.8.2010 in various newspapers. However, result of such candidates is not required to be declared unless directed by the Hon’ble Apex Court. The above said result will further be subject to the final decision of Hon’ble Apex Court in the aforesaid SLPs.
3. The allocation of Districts to the selected candidates will be made by the Primary Education Department, Haryana keeping in view the options of the candidates and the availability of vacancies in the Districts.

Teacher Education Courses
ELIGIBILITY
A. The admission will be open to bonafide residents of Haryana only.
B. The minimum Educational Qualification for Admission to these courses is as follows:-
(i) Diploma-in-Education(D.Ed)
A candidate should have passed Graduation Examination with English as one of the optional/elective subject from any recognized University.
(ii) Diploma-in-Education(Urdu):D.Ed.(Urdu)
In addition to the qualification prescribed as at (i) above for Diploma in Education ( D.Ed) the candidate should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10th class) Examination from the Board of School Education Haryana, or any other Board having equivalency of their examination with the Board of School Education Haryana Bhiwani.
Note:-
1- For seeking admission in D,Ed (Urdu) an additional test of Urdu language consisting of 30 marks of verify knowledge of Urdu will also be conducted along with Entrance test. The candidates will have to obtain at least 33% marks for qualifying the Urdu test and in case the candidate fails to secure at least 33 % marks in Urdu test. He/she will not be considered foradmission. However, the marks secured in Urdu will not be taken into account for the purpose of determining the merit.
2- A candidate having higher qualification will not be entitled to any additional benefit whatsoever and he/she will have to fulfil the requisite prescribed qualification and other eligibility conditions.
3- If a candidate wishes to be considered for both the courses, he/she may indicate that on the application form in the specified column.
C. Age for Admission.
Minimum and upper age limit for admission to D.Ed/D.Ed (Urdu) Courses will be 18 years and 36 years respectively. Upper age is relaxable by five years in case of S.C. & B.C. candidates.
Note:-
(i) The qualification for determining the eligibility of a candidate for admission shall be considered as on the date of verification of original documents at the time of admission/ counselling.
(ii) Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination and whose result has not yet been declared may also apply. However, they will only be considered foradmission on merit provided they fulfill the requisite/prescribed qualifications etc. at the time of verification of original certificates/document on the date ofadmission/counseling.
RESERVATION:-
Reservation in different categories will be made as per Haryana Govt. instructions issued from time to time. However, reservation to different categories will be given as under :-
1) Scheduled Castes 20% ( The reservation regarding SC category is not to be bifurcated as per
to be bifurcated as per decision of Hon’ble High Court)
2) Backward Classes 16% ‘A’ Block 11% ‘B’ Block
3) Physically Handicapped 3% (for Orthopaedically handicapped)
Note:In case the quota reserved for physically handicapped remains unutilized due to non availability of suitable & eligible handicapped candidates, it will be offered to the ex-servicemen and their wards (1%) and the dependents of freedom fighters (1%)
4) 1% Horizontal reservation would also be given to windows/legally deserted/legally divorced women.
Note: (i) A candidate belonging to Reserve Category should clearly mention the category he/she belongs to so the he/she could be given the benefit ofreservation as per Haryana Govt. instructions issued from time to time.
(ii) A candidate belong to reserve category will first be considered in open (General) category. In case he/she is not selected in open (General) category. He/she will then be considered for reserve category in the relative merit of that category to which he/she belongs.
(iii) Children or grand children (Maternal or Paternal ) claiming the benefit of freedom fighter will have to produce the certificate of freedom fighter of Haryana State to be issued by the Chief Secretary Haryana and also produce the relationship certificate from the Deputy Commissioner of the district concerned.
(iv) The entitlement of reservation towards ex-servicemen would be available to one dependent child. The candidate belonging to this category should submit a freshcertificate to this effect from Secretary, Soldiers Board of the District they belong to and an affidavit from the father of the candidate to this effect.
(v) For the purpose of reservation backward classes have been put in two categories i.e. Block A and Block B
(vi) The benefit of reservation shall not apply to socially advanced persons/sections (creamy layer) from Back-ward classes as per Haryana Govt. instructions. The parents of the candidate shall have to furnish asaffidavit that he/she is not covered under the criterion of creamy layer.
5) Five seats as village seats (VS) are available in each of the following DIETs/GETTIs for the candidates who permanently belong to the village where these are located and whose Panchayats have donated land/building for the Institute as per Govt. policy.

Note:
The candidates for five village seats will be considered only if they fulfill the eligibility conditions and also qualify in the combined entrance test. They will be considered foradmission strictly in order of merit in the Entrance Test.

Bangalore University has grown both in size and strength to include a large number of affiliated colleges, P.G. Centres of research and a rich diversity of programme options. The Central College Campus retained as the city campus houses the main examination wing with the office of Registrar Evaluation, city offices of the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Finance (Examination part), Academic Staff College, Directorate of Correspondence Courses and Distance Education Centre, Directorate of College Development Council, a few postgraduate departments and support services. Besides, the college also has the Central College Cricket Pavilion where the Karnataka State Cricket Association was first established and trained several cricketers of International repute. Apart from this, in the vicinity of the city campus,the University has two constituent colleges, the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (U.V.C.E started in 1917). The third constituent college, the University College of Physical Education (formerly known as the Government College of Physical Education, started in 1959) is located in the JB Campus. The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Orissa Legislature on 10th December, 1966 to fulfill long cherished dream of the people of Western Orissa for establishment of aUniversity. The University started functioning from 1st January, 1967 with Prof.Parsuram Mishra as the first Vice-Chancellor. The University was inaugurated on 4th January, 1967 by Hon’ble Chancellor A.N.Khosla. The University started functioning in 1967 in a rented private building at Dhanupali, Sambalpur and in Government building at Ainthapali, Sambalpur from 1968 – 72. In the year 1973 theUniversity was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla.

Time: 2 hours
There will be two sections, namely, Section-A and Section-B. All questions in Section-A are compulsory. From Section-B , any three questions need to be answered.

Maharashtra State Eligibility Test 2010 University of Pune SET Examination 2010

University of Pune, as State Agency will conduct 26th SET examination at Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Nasik, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Nanded, Amravati, Nagpur, Solapur, Chandrapur and Panaji (Goa) centres on Sunday, 12th December, 2010. The forms will be available only “online” on the website http://setexam.unipune.ac.in from 06th September, 2010 at 11.00 a.m. onwards to 27th September, 2010 till 6.00 p.m.
Candidates should fill up the online application form and submit it online only. After online submission, a hard copy of the downloaded application form alongwith the DD & other documents must be sent to the respective Contact Persons of the SET Examination Centers (Addresses of Contact Persons are mentioned on the SET Examination website). Last date for submission of application form in hard copy is 01st October, 2010.
EXAMINATION FEE
1) For Open Category candidate – Rs.550/- (Including form Processing Fee)
2) For SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/SBC/PH/VH – Rs.450/- (Including form Processing Fee) DD should be in the name of “The Registrar University of Pune” & must be drawn on any Nationalized Bank, Payable at Pune. Write your name, application number, subject and centre on the backside of DD. Before submitting the hard copy of the application form, the candidate must keep the Xerox copy of the application form and details of the DD (DD number, Name of the Bank, Date) with them. Candidate should send only one application form in an envelop. In addition to the existing subjects, the subject of “Management” has newly included from this exam.
