SPOT COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION TO THE VACANT SEATS
Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology (GKCIET), Malda, West Bengal was established in February 2010 by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India in the memory of Sri Ghani Khan Choudhary who had contributed immensely to societal development of the region.
The following vacant seats are to be filled up by Spot Counseling on 26-09-2010 at Malda, Polytechnic, P.O. Maliha, Pin 732102, Malda.
*** The seats will be filled up from the short listed candidates published on 22nd July 2010 in the website: http://www.nitdgp.ac.in during the 1st counseling.
However, if the seats are not filled up from the short listed candidates, fresh applicants will be considered for admission.
Eligibility criteria for the admission in certificate programme (In 2010-2011session) :
The minimum qualification for admission to the Certificate programme is Xth pass (Pass in English, Mathematics and Science is compulsory) from a State Secondary Education Board/CBSE/ICSE/National open School or equivalent.
The eligible interested candidates are requested to appear for the spot counseling on 26-09-2010, 9 am at Malda Polytechnic, P.O. Maliha, Pin 732102, Malda with their following documents:
• Original 10th Pass Certificate and two sets of photocopies of the same
• Original Date of Birth proof Certificate and two sets of photocopies of the same
• Original Income Certificate for OBC Candidates and two sets of photocopies of the same
• Original Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates and two sets of photocopies of the same
• Five copies of passport size photograph
