Two boys old 11 were judgmental Wednesday to three years' management after being found responsible of attempting to rape an eight-year-old girl.
The children, who cannot be named, had been playing jointly in Hayes, west London, in October last year, when the event occurred.
The boys, who were 10 at the time, deprived of assaulting the girl, with their lawyers claiming they were now being disobedient rape or playing a game.
Judge John Saunders discarded such claims as he passed verdict.
"I do not believe that what happened was a game but I doing believe that you did not realize how serious what you were doing was," he said.
Though, sending them to jail would be "counter-productive" and not in their best wellbeing, he said.
